Captain George offers an enthusiasm that blends well with the positive attitude of the entire crew. As the captain, he takes pride in creating tailor - made yacht cruise experiences for each charter. He works closely with his guests to ensure that all of their wishes are met.

George specializes in Greek and Mediterranean cuisine, creating dishes to be enjoyed by even the most discerning of guests. His success lies in his passion for gastronomy and turning it into artfully crafted dishes, always looking to enhance the true flavors of the ingredients. In addition to his culinary degrees, George holds certificates in Safety and Security, Life and Fire Instruments, as well as has a speed boat license. George is a highly motivated, organized and social person who works well under pressure as well as together as a team. He looks forward to welcoming guests onboard ANNOUKA and sharing with them his love of cooking and the beauty of Greece & its cuisine. Apart from his cooking skills, George’s long cruising experience offers great assist in all areas of the cruise’s needs such as toys handling, anchoring, speed boat operation, and customers’ high end concierge services. He brings great experience and knowledge to ensure the smooth operation of the yacht during anchoring and mooring procedures to assure correct guidance to the captain. Matthew is a hard working young man, always willing to assist with deck activities as well as with toys handling and operation. He is in charge of the maintenance and safe operation of all equipment for both guest and crew areas of the vessel as well as the outside cleaning of the boat. In his free time he enjoys fishing, free diving, swimming & water skiing.
