His deep-rooted knowledge of Greek waters, combined with outstanding navigational skills, makes him an exceptional guide and leader at sea.

From beautifully prepared breakfasts to elegant lunches and dinners, every meal is thoughtfully crafted using fresh, seasonal ingredients and presented with care.
