Meet Chef Ventsislav, a passionate and dedicated culinary professional who brings a wealth of international experience and creativity to the kitchen. Trained at a leading culinary academy in Sofia, he combines strong technical expertise with a genuine love for crafting memorable dining experiences. Over the years, he has worked across Europe and the United States, refining his skills in a variety of high-end kitchens and progressing into senior roles where he has led teams and designed diverse, guest-focused menus. Chef Ventsislav is known for his attention to detail, his flair in the hot kitchen, and his ability to balance refined flavors with comforting, beautifully presented dishes. Having thrived in fast-paced, multicultural environments, he easily connects with both guests and crew, always aiming to exceed expectations. Fluent in English and bringing a warm, approachable personality, he takes pride in tailoring each meal to create a truly enjoyable and personalized culinary journey.

Deck/Stewardess: Tamara "Tami" Stretovych

Tami was born in Ukraine in 1982 and moved to Greece with her family at the age of 14, settling in Athens. After completing her secondary education, she pursued studies in Culinary Arts, laying the foundation for a successful career in hospitality. In 2016, she entered the yachting industry as a Cook/Hostess aboard sailing yachts in Greece and has since accumulated ten years of valuable experience in charter operations. Tami is known for her warm personality, excellent communication skills, and positive attitude. Naturally caring and attentive, she takes great pride in ensuring guests feel comfortable, relaxed, and well looked after throughout their time on board. Her extensive hospitality and yachting background has equipped her with exceptional organizational skills and the ability to perform efficiently in fast-paced charter environments. She is responsible for interior maintenance, housekeeping, guest service, provisioning management, and budgeting, consistently maintaining the highest standards of cleanliness and hospitality. A hardworking and flexible team member, Tami approaches every charter with professionalism, enthusiasm, and attention to detail. Her commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences makes her a valuable asset to any yacht crew.
